The #1 Tactic to Prevent Flight Risk

Updated: Sep 2, 2024

🔍 How do you know if one of your employees is a flight risk?

43% of employees across Australia and New Zealand are exploring other jobs, according to new data from Gallup.

💡 One of the most effective and often overlooked tactics to identify if employees are considering resigning is a continuous employee listening program. By asking the right questions at regular intervals, you can easily detect the likelihood of leaving and the reasons why. Compensation, lack of progression and the relationship they have with their manager are common sources of dissatisfaction.

The good news is that once you’ve identified your unhappy employees, you can take action with early intervention before they’ve drafted their resignation letter.
